"Shipping took forever and nobody followed up"
I ordered a variety pack and thought it would ship a lot faster than it did. The tracking just sat there for days with barely any update, and what made it more frustrating was that there was no follow-up or heads-up from anyone about the delay.
The drinks were good once they finally arrived, so no complaints there, but the shipping experience was disappointing. I might order again, but definitely not if I need it anytime soon.

"Shipping felt totally fair"
I was a little worried the shipping would be expensive, but it ended up being totally reasonable. The cost was shown clearly before I checked out, and it felt fair for the drinks I ordered. I was really happy there weren’t any surprise fees at the end. Overall, it was a nice, easy experience and I’d definitely order again.

"Nice low-cal options, but felt a bit ignored"
I do like that they clearly show the sugar and calories, because it makes it easy to pick a lighter drink when I’m trying not to have too much sugar. I’ve ordered a few times and have been happy with the drinks overall. The only thing is, there were moments where I felt a little ignored, like if I had a question or needed help, it didn’t really feel like anyone was paying attention

"Still tastes just like I remember"
well... I’ve ordered from drinkarizona.com a handful of times now, and the drinks have always tasted fresh to me. The green tea is still my favorite since it’s not overly sweet and goes down really easy when it’s cold. I haven’t gotten anything that tasted weird or flat so far, so I’m happy with the quality...

"Support was helpful, eventually"
I had to reach out to drinkarizona.com about a question with my order, and they did get back to me, just not as quickly as I was hoping. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but I’ll admit I was getting a little annoyed waiting around when I just wanted to know what was going on.

The person who replied was polite and did help me sort it out, so I can’t really complain too much. I guess it was okay overall, but I still wish the response time had been better.

"My box showed up like it survived a disaster movie"
I ordered a mixed case, and when it arrived, a few of the cans were dented like they’d been through battle. One was leaking everywhere inside the box, which was way more annoying than it should’ve been, but I was dramatic about it because who wants to open a sticky drink crime scene? The cans that made it out alive tasted fine, but the mess was ridiculous and customer support took a while to get back to me. I’m not totally sure I’d order again after that.

I was kind of thinking, okay, for the price, these better at least taste decent, and they actually do. The drinks are good, and the pricing feels fair overall. I do wish shipping was a little cheaper because that part made me pause for a second, but even with that, I still feel like it’s worth it

"Had a good feeling as soon as I opened them"
I ordered a few cans they just seemed fresh right away. You know when a drink tastes a little off or like it’s been sitting around too long? These didn’t have that at all. They weren’t flat, and the flavor was clean. Shipping went smoothly too, so overall I’m happy with the order.

"Refund was easy, but I still had to deal with the mix-up"
My order was messed up, which was annoying because I really didn’t want to deal with that. I had to contact them, explain the issue, and I hate having to chase stuff like this. But to be fair, the refund was easy, and the replacement showed up quickly. Still, it was frustrating that the order was wrong in the first place

"Nice little discount on drinks I already buy"
I had a discount code to use, and the whole checkout process was simple, which I always appreciate because I don’t like having to dig around just to figure out where to enter a code. I was ordering some of my usual favorite drinks anyway, so getting a few bucks knocked off made it feel like a better deal than just grabbing them at full price. Nothing overly complicated or dramatic, just an easy order and a small savings that made me happy.

I’ve been drinking Arizona since high school it still hits the same. I’ve ordered from the site a few times now and haven’t had any real issues, though I do wish shipping felt a little faster. Like, it’s fine, but I still find myself checking the tracking too much and complaining about the wait every time. That said, once it shows up, it’s totally worth it. Still feels like childhood in a can.

The drink itself was totally fine, but the box looked like it had been through a lot by the time it arrived. A few of the cans were dented, which was disappointing.
